"The location of this hotel was great. It was near a shopping center and close to the freeway. The parking was a little challenging because the spaces are really small. Many people would take up 2 spaces, but found out our last night there is overflow parking in the back of the hotel. Our first night none of our outlets were working, including a refrigerator. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. I called the front desk in the morning and they sent someone up right away. The maintenance worker checked the outlets and fixed them. The staff was really friendly and helpful even with"

"Room was clean, betting was clean and comfortable. The shower needs an updating Tile grout has stains. fixtures are quite old. Bathroom area needs an updating. The carpet to the entry door does not seal completely. Light was coming through. Had to use a towel to block lighting. Window could also use better darkening curtains. Other guests close to us coming in and out letting go of the door which caused a loud slam. Woke us up a couple times at night. Also late night talking outside was not good."

"The welcome from the staff on the front desk was amazing. The were very helpful in sorting a couple of administrative issues we had and got our party checked in, in very quick time. The room was everything we needed for 1 night and the perfect location for the shopping mall/food and also the attractions down at the dock area. The best and most surprising element of the hotel was the variety and quality of the breakfast."

"The Best Western was convenient to everything we wanted to do so that was a huge plus. The staff was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was decent especially when comparing to other establishments. The only thing that I would have changed was the comfort of the bed and pillows."
