「Great location」

「It was a very pleasant trip. My child really liked this hotel. The staff were very enthusiastic. It was very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk away. The hotel's swimming pool was also very clean. In short, our whole family recommended it」

「Excellent oceanfront location. The staff was awesome, from check-in to housekeeping everyone was friendly and extra helpful. Bed was comfortable, and the views and location so close to the beach and great food was amazing.」

「A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.」

「The front desk personnel was not trained enough to support issuing the correct invoice.」
