「There were many children playing and making noise late into the night, making it very difficult to get proper rest. I really hope this issue can be improved. Also, it’s quite unacceptable that overnight guests are required to pay a full parking fee. If this were in downtown San Diego, where parking is limited, the charge would be more understandable. However, since this is in a newly developed area, it’s harder to justify the cost.」

「New hotel enjoyed the thoughtful additions filtered water spicket in the room, tea by the elevator at night, breakfast was fresh and well appointed. Chef was very kind and helpful even after I dropped a plate of breakfast on the ground.」

「The staff were fantastic. The hallway had a weird smell. The room is pretty dated but acceptable. My biggest complaint is the hotel's WiFi. The connection is unstable, and the speed is super slow. 」
