"Staff were so so nice, great places to eat in the area, and despite there being so many end-of-summer concert goers in town, it was so quiet, I had no problem sleeping! Will definitely come back! "
"Very inexpensive and manager was friendly. Although my room had a slight smoke smell and no shower soap was available I'd stay there again because the room was available at the last minute for a bargain price. "
"TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Diego Central is a extra clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The rooms include full kitchens, the staff is friendly, and the location is quiet. Great value with nice amenities like a heated pool, gym, and free breakfast. Highly recommended!

"Beautiful, unique property. Unusual decor, loved the balcony overlooking the pool. Surprising to find no luggage rack, iron but no ironing board, no tissue box, only 6 hangers and none for slacks or skirts, inconvenient way of turning on shower, and relatively poor lighting for putting on makeup, all amenities one expects to find in a 4-star hotel."

"I like how helpful the employees have been. My son and I recently moved to this area and our housing fell through so we are currently displaced and this has been our home since Augs. I’m thankful for the staff for showing us kindness & helping us figure out ways to help."
"Nice enough for being outside the main downtown. Nice pool, and easy access to light rail.
Sink water pressure is pretty bad, but the shower pressure is somehow great."
