「The thin black woman who served me was very arrogant」

「New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.」

「The property is dated and needs some updating, but the room was decent and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast food seemed like it was taken and heated up out of a box. The property is super close to restaurants and not too far from hocking hills, so there is a lot to do nearby. It seems a little expensive for what you get, but with the cost of living nowadays, it’s a decent place to stay.」

「The room we booked through Expedia was for my brother’s wedding- a Studio room, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, for the size of the wedding party getting ready (also a handicap shower to help me). Once we checked in we realized it was not the correct room. It was a small room with two queens. The front desk was called immediately to kindly help navigate & they let us know that when we booked this room weeks ago- it was not available though it was showed available on Expedia.
