「Staff」

「Clean room, nice staff, beautiful breakfast I was able to enjoy out under the gazebo each morning, pool was nice with no one else in it. Great stay!」

「The room was not clean. Yes, the beds were made, but the trash was not emptied, the couch had cigarette ashes on it and in it. I politely asked the staff to address these issues while we were at dinner. They did not. I returned to the same room. Ended up being given a trash bag so I could empty it myself. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9am with a “decent spread”. Walked down at 8:30am to no coffee, no hot water to make tea. A couple of off-brand muffins and a couple of generic breakfast...

「My stay at the Townplace Suites was wonderful. The hotel is in a great part of Columbus and it's very safe. The hotel itself is very clean and we had no complaints on that front. The staff was very kind at check-in and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also wonderful and had a great variety for the start of the day. If you're looking for a place to stay, you will not regret staying here.」

「All of the team members were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It looked like it was recently remodeled and painted. Lisa is incredible as property manager. The pool was very nice. The only issues were more age related of the property. The door on one of the bathrooms wouldn't close properly. The bath gel in the shower was empty. Maid service was only every two weeks. We would stay here again.」

「This hotel was expensive for one night (about $300) so I expected more. The rooms are nice but that AC is soooo loud. It was the loudest compressor ever! I couldn't sleep. It was a terrible night for me. I also strongly recommend you clean the shower heads in the property. There are years of calcification and dirt on that nozzle. Finally why in the world would you charge parking fees in Dublin Ohio? Really guys? is charging $7 really worth doing for a guy who paid $300 for one night? Ohio is...

「There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. Cable channels kept going out. Staff never answers phone forcing you to walk allllllll the way to the front desk, mostly...

「No tv in room roaches and unclean floors」

「I have stayed here in the past and it was never this bad. I booked 2 rooms, one for my mom and another myself and my partner. Both rooms were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Our fridge was leaking all over the floor and by morning we had a puddle from the fridge to the other side of the wall. In both rooms the shower experience was the WORST! Your only choices were scalding hot or freezing. Not to mention they canceled my expedia bookings I had booked in advance to get the cheaper rate...
