「The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.」

She engages in conversation with everyone that comes in and she is so down to earth it makes you feel comfortable immediately.
