The hotel was nice - very clean and seemed like a safe location with plenty of places for snacks nearby. I liked how they sent text messages to confirm checkin/housekeeping/checkout. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was having staff come into my room four times in one day before noon. The first time was a man telling me it was checkout time (I wasn't even leaving until the next day?) and the next three times were housekeepers coming in, despite the hotel text stating housekeeping was every three days. Definitely use your do not disurb sign, or don't plan on sleeping in. Weird experience but overall not the worst place to stay!

Clean and quiet. Odd driveway seems like you are pulling into another hotels parking lot. Some sinage in the Cul de saq might be helpful. Had to change initial roo. as handicapped room had no way to hang clothes. Staff was vreat and change only took about 5 min.

The service was good when they were at the desk. They need to supply the bigger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap like other hotels do. I’m glad we had a little with us. We walked to eat and to get ice cream. Other than the small things, it was a great stay.

We stayed here for a 4 day music festival so all we really needed was a comfy clean place to sleep and this was exactly it. The staff were very friendly, our room was always cleaned and tidied. I’d say my only complaint is there wasn’t a safe but we just locked our expensive stuff in the car. Would definitely stay here again

Lighting in room was horrible. No hooks or exhaust fan in bathroom. Had fridge, coffee maker (on a low shelf with cord so short could hardly pull out far enough to add water), and microwave. No table with chairs to sit or eat at. Only 1 comfortable chair and a wobbly desk chair

I appreciate a quiet room wherever I stay but this was anything but. Whoever stayed at the room above us caused the ceiling to loudly squeak when they walked about. I coule hear the guy in the next room talking on the phone literally all night still keeping me awake at 5 am dropping random f bombs. I was hoping to get a late check out so I could come back and shower after I completed the marathlon I was running in the morning before heading home and they offered no such option.

My fiancé and I spent a weekend in Columbus last weekend and stayed here for the first time. It wasn’t terrible but we definitely had some issues. It started at check in. I had accidentally booked this room for an adult and a child and the woman made a huge deal about it. To the point she wasn’t going to let us use the reservation and asked me to cancel it and book again correctly. I could no longer cancel because it was check in day. She then said well they may charge you more for another adult. Ok whatever. She finally gave us our key. The room was kind of musty smelling but things seemed clean. There were a few places in in the shower that could have been cleaned better. Our TV doesn’t work. The woman can’t fix it and said the person who could wouldn’t be there Until late so we said it could just be fixed the next day. The man was absolutely rude to us for no reason and tried to act like we broke it. He needed up changing it for a new TV. Breakfast was actually decent. Typical continental breakfast style. We were eating Sun morning and the rude man who fixed the TV was cleaning up and mumbling himself what a mess it was and sighing. Just very unprofessional. There are also geese that hang around the parking lot that will attack you. I doubt I’ll stay here again, but it was fine for what we were there for.
