「The staff was the best part of this property. They did a great job. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so handicap access to the second floor isn’t possible. The water pressure was so bad that my wife couldn’t get the conditioner out of her hair without spending a very long time in the shower. I was informed there was a water leak, so no other accessible room was available but would be “put in one just like it without the grab bars”.
