"The toilet was broken and leaking in the first room assigned. Changed rooms and the new room was infested with bugs, the sink was clogged, and there were clothes or something left from tje previous guests. Overall lack of cleanliness. I will never stay at another Quality Inn & Suites. Worst place I have ever stayed!"

But the front desk was great at service recovery and moved me to another room that was just right. I didn’t expect a luxury experience based on the price and description. I expected an adequate, no frills room for my 2- night stay and that’s just what I got. I rated it: okay and that satisfied my need for this stay. I connected with four different front desk staff and they were all helpful and professional."
