「There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice.」

「The AC unit in the room was not functional. There were many stains on the bed, along with burn holes in the sheets. Also, there was a bag over the smoke detector, I'm assuming the previous guest tried to make it a smoking room. There was also a fellow on crazy drugs hanging out in the right outside our room, being very loud until 5am. We promptly decided to leave around 530am. Normally don't mind staying in sketchy places, but the sketch level of this place was astronomical. Best...

「The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!」

「Pulling up to this hotel, it is situated next to a run-down small motel. There was a guy laying outside of his room on the ground at this motel who we hoped was okay. Check in went fine, the room was nothing special and it looked like our room was still being painted or just needed to have the final finishing touches. The room was dark enough to sleep in but you could hear outside noises easily as a couple of motorcycles pulled in later that night. The included breakfast was the worst part for...

「In a pinch and needed somewhere to stay during a cross country road trip, it was perfect. We did have to take the air conditioning apart and fix it because it was just blowing out stagnant air.
