We were in town for a concert at the Schottenstein Center, the hotel was very convenient proximity wise and was an easy walk back after the concert. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. I’m not sure if it’s newer or was recently renovated but it really is in great shape. The room we had was spacious and clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Front desk staff was very friendly! Love that our room price included breakfast which was very good and the breakfast staff was excellent very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very good; clean, good service, somewhat friendly. The problem for us was we had to drive to go downtown, to eat in a nice restaurant or go to the soccer stadium. But if that’s not an issue for you, there are food chains nearby and it is a short drive to the city.

Hotel staff, specifically " Mo" at the front desk, was extremely well spoken, efficient and friendly. Literally the best customer service I have encountered in years. Hotel was also extremely clean, breakfast options were great, room was exceptionally clean with comfortable bed. Price was very good considering what hotels are charging lately. Will stay here again when in columbus area, especially near osu and Clintonville area.

And of course, the "public areas" of "Hampton Inn style hotels are more open and inviting. Yet, I stayed in a Comfort Inn (owned by the same corporate group) that was equally nice albeit a less "lux" public space, for considerably less...
