"The lobby and front of the hotel is beautiful however the rooms are not. They are dated, dark and grungy looking. He toilet is my bathroom kept running for hours, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and we had to get an engineer in to fix the air conditioning more than once. Given what they charge and the location, the rooms need a lot of work and I believe the hotel should invest into this. We couldn’t use the amenities as everything was closed due to the Oscar’s. This should have been communicated when booking the hotel, not 2 days prior to checking in. Overall disappointing experience. "

"Clean room but didn't see much staff anywhere. The room service is terrible for the price you pay per room. Food is bland and cold and served in plastic containers. "

"Great pool, beautiful, spotless, comfy lounges and generous with towels. Good coffee and breakfast in cafe. Very pretty room and unexpected balcony and beautiful secluded courtyard"
