「Hotel is at downtown Chicago, a stone throw from Trump International Hotel Tower. It's prime location make it an ideal place to access and explore the famous architecture, park, lake, museum and river in the city. The hotel staffs were professional and courteous, the room is fairly small, but it is clean and comfortable, and I was impressed by an easy to use the mobile tablet, that allow the hotel guests to control the TV, temperature, blind, Aircon, etc. It is a great hotel that I would...

「Comfortable and spacious room, good location Cleanliness can be improved, washbasin drained slowly. Saw some debris on edge of cupboard, and hair of previous occupier. The fan next to the window was noisy though I managed to sleep still」
