「During our stay while in the pool, we had to deal with crackhead Lyndsay. Apparently she is allowed to stay there with paying guest. She was in the pool with just her underwear on. She was making racial comments and flipping people off. This was very unsettling. Otherwise the visit was good.」

「The room facilities were quite outdated. The fabric sofa was badly worn and even torn. The air-conditioning control panel on the wall did not work at all. In addition, the sink was clogged, and the bathtub faucet kept dripping continuously. Overall, the room was not well maintained and did not meet expectations.」

「The stay was okay overall. The hotel was having pavement work done around the property, which made parking challenging. I wish this had been communicated upfront when I checked in so I could have been better prepared. My room was located above the pool, and the noise at night was quite loud and disruptive to an otherwise peaceful stay. Better communication about the ongoing work and consideration of room location would have made the experience more enjoyable.」

「We really did appreciate the courtesy shuttle & transportation to and from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Sky Harbor International Airport, that was one less worry to deal with , especially when you aren’t familiar with the area. Thank you Luis, and the morning driver, you were both very helpful. The late afternoon staff is friendly, professional and helpful. We recommend your short or long stay.」
