「I absolutely loved my stay at Swan Paradise. Nestled in the jungle outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it offered a serene and peaceful escape. My room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff even offered me an upgrade and assistance with moving, but I declined because my room was already perfect. It is a bit out of the way, so once I was “home,” I didn’t venture out much....

「We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. 「第一天入住時，正逢吃午餐時間，就在飯店裡面吃午餐，原本要點我們想要吃的餐點，但是服務人員一直引導我們點我們沒有想要點的菜。到最後上菜時，不是那麼的符合我們的口味，價格又偏高。後來我們就不在飯店裡面的餐廳用餐（不管是中餐或是晚餐）。除了這點以外，其他的部分都還滿好的。」

「Cheap price. Service is OK. But the facilities are quite old. If you want to visit middle of Bali, the location of this hotel is very good.」

「Spacious room with nice view from the balcony. Swimming pool and the beach are excellent place for family time, and watching sunrise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out are swift. Birth cakes in buffet breakfast for my twins are certainly a surprise. Restaurants, massage, convenience store and laundry are just opposite the hotel. Overall good place to stay.」
