"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at.,, Staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help in any way, great knowledge of traditional culture and will share information . Communication was on point, never having to wait for a reply, via what's app. Facilities, room and gardens was even better than the photos extremely spotless. Food was delicious and always on time when we used room service, but also enjoyable to eat at the restaurant with very friendly staff. Small gestures like a welcome card, cake tray, stocked mini bar, robes, slippers, extra pool towels and even a carry bag for your stay were very thoughtful.Can honestly no faulting this place at all. "My stay at SereS Springs Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and celebrated. I stayed in one of their private villas for my 48th birthday, and everything was beyond beautiful. The villa itself was stunning—peaceful, clean, and luxurious with the perfect private pool setting. The birthday decorations were everything I asked for and more. Waking up to a beautifully decorated pool and enjoying a floating breakfast on my special day was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The service was top-tier. The staff was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. They made sure every detail of my birthday celebration was perfect, and I truly felt special the entire time. The resort grounds are gorgeous, very relaxing, and give you that true Bali luxury vibe. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate something special or just unwind in a peaceful environment, this is definitely the place to be. "This is a fantastic experience, especially if visiting with children. We had a one-night stay in the Mara Safari Hotel, which was a stopover before moving onto Sanur. Unfortunately the rooms are incredibly tired and would benefit from a major refurbishment / freshen up. The food at the restaurant was great; however when it came to ordering dessert, almost all options were not available despite the hotel being very quiet. This was disappointing."

"This is just Heaven on Earth. If you budget allows go for Cempska Villa rather than Japan although both are really nice, with Cempska you don’t get a Jaccuzi room above you. The staff here are awesome, the Villas well designed and the restaurant really good offering various themed nights. Many thanks to Puspa who seemed to be everywhere, and Endra for excellent service. The hotel has 2 pool areas both of which are beautiful and relaxing , within the Standing Stones pool area its adults only, where as the linked Beach Club that’s open to the public but is the most beautiful pool around. Now RP is in a remote location but it’s easy to get drivers to take you to shopping areas We did have a bit of an issue getting the AC to get low temperature but maintenance quickly worked on it . Also be aware that the bathrooms are open to the outside temperature and as such become very hot, not ideal for ladies who like to spend time getting glammed up in front of a mirror. That said Royal Purnama is a definitely will return for us, we loved it. "
