「Overall the experience of the hotel was good. However in the shower- the temperature of the water does not go any higher. I know the breakfast was free. It was very basic. The hotel would have got 5 stars if there was more of an options of food. There is not many options of buses available to get to the hotel which was quite tricky. If you enjoy a walk to the city centre then it’s ideal for you or take a cab to the city centre. It takes 25mins to get there depending how fast you walk or wait 2...

「Basic room. King size bed with spotlessly clean bed linen. Mattress and pillows a little too firm for me but that is just my preference. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast of coffee, orange juice, water, croissant with jam and butter, a cereal bar and a tangerine. View of Portishead marina .」

「Hotel is located in city centre with bright nightlife with restaurants and shops nearby, but parking is a big problems though you may park at central station. Room is clean but facilities are old, better with updated renovation.」

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」
