「This was an excellent stay; Alma is a smaller hotel with a unique vibe. The room was furnished very nicely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very quite and clean. It was not beat up or worn out; everything had a high end and new feel. The rooftop patio and restaurant were great and the location is ideal in old San Juan. 「Hector and Malanie were exceptional in ensuring we had an amazing stay. Their hospitality is top-notch and they always made sure my daughter and I were taken care of. They recommended wonderful dining experiences as well as activities for the two of us. The hotel is gorgeous. My daughter and I ended up in the penthouse suite which was divine, but every room looked amazing. I am on my way to the airport to return home but I already want to turn back to spend one more night at Hotel Puerto Valdes....
