「這次碰上大樓維修，電梯停用了！退房當天只能走臨時搭建、僅供單人通行的樓梯下樓。還好我們沒有帶大型行李，真是萬幸，感謝老天保佑！另外，建議大家自行準備毛巾，會比較安心喔！」

「Ist was quite bright in the room due to light shining through the door space. It was clean and silent as Long as the persons above were not partying. Good Location, nice support, good bed. Comfy Overall.」

「The location is amazing. You can walk to any of the cities attractions from this location. The ac kept our room cold and they offered complimentary water bottles. Even though it was in the center of everything the room was quiet and we heard no outside noises. The beds were super comfy and the bunk held my 2 teenage sons fine. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Nous sommes arrivés à 14h,comme écrit dans mon mail,on nous a fait attendre jusqu'à 15h dehors.On nous a attribué la plus petite chambre ,alors qu'on était les premiers:nous pouvions juste marcher autour des lits avec de grands enfants (13 et 24ans).Les autres chambres avaient un bureau et un grand espace.Il n'y avait pas de double vitrage,ni chauffage,il y avait des gouttes d'eau sur les vitres et on avait froid.Notre horrible chambre était aussi la seule mitoyenne avec la salle de bain commune...

「All digital check in and correspondence. Had issues with door, and delayed response. There is no person to talk to, it’s done online through a bot. Registering was online, with glitches in the process. Basement room, smelled like a basement, damp, leaky shower. Poor signage, and hard to find at night. No refund on cancellation. Only redeeming things were, good location, and quiet, otherwise avoid .」

「El alojamiento está a 2 minutos caminando de Gran Vía lo que te facilita mucho ver Madrid,limpia muy espaciosa la habitación familiar con 2 baños y 3 camas aire acondicionado y tv en las 2 zonas y mini nevera.La chica muy simpática y servicial.Cuando vuelva a Madrid volveré a este alojamiento.」
