Everything was strait forward getting into the property. Was sent a code, all worked perfectly. Room was lovely and clean and bed was so comfortable. Even has a cafe next door.

Self check in, clean, economical

This is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff in site. If you book with Hotels.com be sure to directly contact the property prior to the day you check in. Otherwise, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area close to the Metro. I needed just one night at a cheap hotel not far from the airport. This was perfect.

Good place for a family

I think this place is a bit expensive for what it is. However, I have to say that it was 2 of us in a quadruple room, so for a family it is a good deal. A bit difficult to get to with public transportation. They definitely need to install some kind of blind to keep the light out when you sleep. It was pretty clean.

Room was dirty, the check-in was awful because the code wasn't working and the phone number of the "service center" didn't reply until 45 minutes after my initial call. Once I could enter my room it turned out there was barely any water coming from the water tap in the bathroom, which required an initial phone call. All in all - very dissatisfied.

Difficult to communicate and do the check in.

We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. We were waiting at 40 degrees with 2 kids during 2 hours. I used the chat provided in the app and they didn’t help me at all, they told me to call to Hotels.com. I called to Hotels.com and not solution at all. It was a nightmare. The place was very noisy because there is a bar underneath. Bathroom with mold in walls and wall paper. Blinds not working at all so the light went through making difficult the rest. It need some renovation for sure.

A estadia foi boa, localização próxima de cafés, restaurantes e supermercado. Mas não é acessível , prédio todo apenas com escadas . Precisa melhorar a questão da segurança , durante a noite alguém usando a nossa senha abriu a porta do quarto.

La chambre avait une odeur de cigarette, elle n'était pas du tout insonorisée, on entendait tous les bruits exterieures, surtout qu'il y a un restaurant juste en bas de la fenêtre. Les volets ne ferment pas, on avait de la lumière du bon matin.

solo estuvimos unas 8 horas hospedados para descansar antes de tomar un largo vuelo, dude un poco de mi reserva por por no me llegaron las indicaciones del check in, no tienen recepcion pero me contacte con la propiedad y me mandaron el acceso, muy bien todo, regresaría!
