西班牙旅館

「一間充滿商業的酒店，重點是它只屬於1星酒店 第一個問題，住宿3天，checkin的時候，發現房間內有很多問題，包括窗是有問題，而床下電線亦外露，所以沒有辦法，只好更換房間，前櫃服務員都十分好，立即協助更換，更換房間後，床下電線仍然外露，重點是不想太麻煩，所以沒有更換，但房間內贈送的水不見了，只好向前櫃服務員了解，當然服務員亦立即給了我，但不明白是，我是2人入往，為什麼只有一樽水贈送呢？ 第二個問題，房卡正常情況下，兩張都應該能夠使用，但第2天回酒店時，竟然發現有一張門卡不能開門，所以只好向前台服務員了解，他處理後就可以開了，但沒有解釋為什麼，到第3天回酒店時，竟然2張門卡都不能使用，只再次向服務員了解，他竟然說了應該無可能的，是否我將門卡放在電子擬器呢？我就覺得奇怪，我沒有什麼電子擬器的 綜合以上各種問題，此酒店我只能說差，但最好就是近車站，交通方便」

「It’s a nice place to stay for one or two day, Good location, seems safe. Facilities good enough but it was quite noisy in this hostel. Room to room seems no Sound insulation. Staffs are nice, they give you help if you ask for it. Other then that everything are good enough. 」
