「Disappointed overall. Issues with checkin as no link sent to do it online, the (virtual) hotel reception were helpful but it was stress I did not need. The WiFi did not get sorted until late afternoon then day after I checked in and to top it off, the balcony window shutter collapsed when I was putting it down on my last evening. This is a new place and I wish them well but I felt like it was unfinished and overall I was disappointed.」

「We really enjoyed the stunning pool, and the proper Finnish sauna at the property. Pool is heated and warm even in February and it was equipped with a powerful hydromassage. The location is great and offers long days of sun with views to Teide and ocean. We also enjoyed watching the sun set in the atlantic ocean.
