「The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons.」

「In the heart of the French Quarter. Was very clean and in the perfect location for our first visit to New Orleans. 」

「The room was dirty. The floors were dirty upon arrival. No towels at the pool. The back elevator was broken. The check-in took FOREVER and I ask for a poolside and two queens but upon arrival no availability. The breakfast the next morning was chaotic. Too crowded and the housekeeper was too worried about cleaning rather than putting food out and why would you be cleaning serving food at the same time UNSANITARY! 」

「Expedia sent me a message about my amenities and what was included for our stay. But the staff didn't seem to know anything about the information. There was a 10% discount for staying at the Royal Sonesta that was supposed to work for the WWII museum that ended up not working at all. We even asked the Concierge and he said use the code and it didn't work. That was disappointing.」

「This hotel is only a few blocks from Bourbon Street and French Market. The room was clean, quiet, and cozy, yet up-to-date. The beds and linen are comfortable, there is a fridge in the room, and a smart tv. The breakfast is really good and the staff is helpful and friendly. When we come back to New Orleans, I want to stay here again!」
