「This was our 3rd time staying here. The service was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. I thought the bathroom was small considering this was a suite with a large room. There are no hooks, just one low bar for towels which was awkward for where to put a robe or toiletries. The bathroom counter was not very large either to set things on. Would have been nice to have a double sink. Had a late dinner in the restaurant on site which was excellent. I had taken the Do Not Disturb...

「The property itself is quite nice and all the five star reviews make sense to me. For the price it is light years better than most other hotels in a similar price range. In fact, I basically like everything about it EXCEPT that there was literally never hot water in the shower. Across the 3 showers I had there, morning and night, the "hot" water was never more than lukewarm. Other than that, it has a lovely lobby, fun bar, a pool table in the lobby, a relaxing pool, and the rooms are really VERY...

「Everything was good, except...I chose your property because it had a hot tub, the pool was excellent, clean and clear, the hot tub was another story entirely, cloudy, dirty looking water with trash floating in it. Obviously we didn't use it.」

「This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. 」
