「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. 「The pictures of the hotel are a bit better than the property itself. The hotel is a bit tired. We arrived not in the season, so the bar on the terrace wasn’t set up yet, but the view from the top is amazing, and jacuzzi on the rooftop is super cool. Must be nice during the season.
