"The rooms shown in the pictures was not what we were given, it was outdated and did not have a view of the ocean; the showers would not drain so we would have to turn off the showers in the middle so we wouldn’t be standing in a puddle; the walls are paper thin and we could hear every bang and conversation of our neighbours; to top it off the host was harrasing us over 12€ as the link he sent to pay wasn’t working; avoid avoid avoid!!!"

Olbia airport and other towns of Costa Smeralda like Porto Cervo and San Pantaleo are less than 30 minutes by drive. Property is located 10 minutes by walk from Porto Rotondo Marina and free parking outside the property on the street was available during our stay (before 1 June). "This is the worst place I have ever stayed. NEVER rent here. I have stayed in shared hostels I preferred over this.
Once you make your down payment, the hotel reaches out to let you know they have a 65 euro cleaning fee (and the rooms aren’t very clean), 30-50 euro check in fee depending on the time, towels are 10 euro, AC is 15 euro per day, and there are daily fees that accrue that amount to about 12 euro per day per person. I stayed for 4 days and spend 180 euro on top of the cost I paid...

"The check-in process was a little bit complicated and time-consuming. After the final check-in process we got the information.
The stay with 2 family at all was wonderful and good. It was close to the beach, restaurant, bakery and bus stop. The only thing, which was not good is that the floor was very dirty, dusty and black. We also found used cigarettes under the bed."
