"- disgusting run down room (and small!) - no hot water in shower or sink - room overwhelmingly smelled of mold - carpet sticky and filthy - bed sheets damp - tiny little tv volume cannot be turned up or down - ceiling is cracked with sloppy patched holes all over - flat and dirty pillows - burn marks on toilet seat - deep scratches all over inside of bathroom door like an animal was locked inside Hotel staff were super nice but the room was really gross. I try to avoid places like this and feel misled with how the Hotels.com listing deceptively has all good reviews - none of them mentioning the issues in many of the reviews over on Google."

"Front desk staff was friendly and helpful in getting a reduced rate. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again if I was back in the area."

"Parking was safe and easy the breakfast was ok nothing to brag about the room smelled terrible like wet dog and there was hair in the tub. Also we couldn’t get anyone to bring us an extra blanket when we asked for one."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, it smelled heavily like cigarette smoke. The entire place felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the bathroom — completely unacceptable. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that I couldn’t even stay the night. I had to leave immediately. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a refund because more than an hour had passed since check-in, even though I had only stepped out briefly to get food. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else"

"Free breakfast with many breakfast choices. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Soaps, shampoo and lotion were very nice products. The hotel is very close to the road thus very noisy from the road traffic. hotel is older, but appeared newly painted. Sliding door that closed bathroom from sleeping area was heavy, and didn’t fully close. There were areas that needed maintenance, the pool was either dirty or needed to be painted. I would stay again only if I couldn’t find something else in my budget. "

"Our room did not have balcony which was a little bit inconvenient for us we couldn’t have any way to dry out our swimming clothes. Other than that the stuff was very friendly and room new and clean. The hotel location was close to everything that we wanted to go. Very good area. Will definitely go again! "
