「I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.」

「I liked that the staff was attentive and friendly. With that being said, our room smelled like mildew and old cigarettes, the windows was broken, we were only provided 2 towels for 3 guests. Also, breakfast was unavailable and we were not informed prior to our stay. With that being said, the staff did correct the towel issue by allowing us to grab more and we did not complain about the other issues as we had little hope a new room would be any better.」

「The room was dirty, with hair in the shower and sticky stains on the floor. I asked the staff to address the issues, and the front desk said the Head of Housekeeping would be notified. When we returned to the room, the same issues were still there, not cleaned at all. It also smelled like wet dog our entire stay.
