Sooooooo...I usually refrain from the want for review....but this time it is warranted. I truly like this place. The old school classy bathroom fixtures are charming and should be kept. But ....the problem is that while the routine maintenance by the maid service is standard affair, the one missed item is the pullout plastic A/C filters. Maid service has neglected this necessary cleaning of the same. I hope all of your guests check this for themselves going forward. Nice old school place overall but it is looking a bit tired and could use a renovation. Good luck with your improvements.

When I got there it was after 2 am my plane was late. I was in a horrible room I believe the missed cleaning. Couldn’t sleep that first night at all. Next morning went to front desk and tel them about my experience and the definitely helped me and were concerned about my experience. They gave me a different room and my experience was wonderful after that. That woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and so was the security guard at night when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Realice la reserva y me solicito realizar colocar los datos de mi tarjeta para el respectivo pago que pagaba al momento de hospedarme y así lo realice y al momento del hospedaje me preguntaron se había realizado otra reserva y les indique que era una sola habitación para 3 personas y en mi estado de cuenta aparece dos consumos con el mismo valor 183.88 por 1 noche a las 16h26 hora que llegue y el mismo día aparece otro consumo a mi tarjeta a las 23h07 mande un mail al establecimiento y la misma persona que me atendió Vashawn Carter y el mismo me recibió el momento de hospedarme niega que me cobraron dos veces y en mi banco me informan que debo contactarme con el establecimiento para que hagan la reverso y ellos no dan solución

At first glance I was a little skeptical but the room we had was very spacious and clean. Thought price was very good especially since it had a small kitchen in it with sink, larger fridge and microwave so if you were staying an extended time would be useful. They do not include a breakfast and they did not have anything set up in the lobby for coffee or tea. They did have a water dispenser for hot water. Pool area was very nice. They have restaurants attached but we did not use them. You can walk thru the parking lot to gas station to get coffee, breakfast items etc. Lots of restaurants in the area. Not far from the airport, about 15 minutes. A little farther from the beach than expected and the beaches along there seemed like it was hard to find parking for. Staff here are very friendly. Parking is included so no extra fee for that.

It was a very nice experience.Room was clean and up to date.Staff as a whole was helpful.The property is very large well kept. The pool is clean and refreshing. It is really quite a massive pool. For the price you can't go wrong. Close to a wide array of food choices. Nice area.

The hotel and amenities itself were fine. My room was so humid even with the air on full blast, and smelled of mould. When I went to take a shower there was hair in the drain from the last visitor. The room was quite expensive considering these things.

Old hotel that’s not updated but very clean, good bed, nice shower and hot water. Microwave and fridge work well. Great choice if on a budget or not spending your time at hotel. This area is quite overpriced, the Royal is not. An excellent value and great staff.
