The location was quiet and had all your basic needs available. Great a couple of biz exec power couples to take in relaxation and work which we call staycations/workcations. We stayed just a few days before Christmas and it was perfect!

No check-in staff to help with bags, change room, etc. Room is really small. Had a terrible view of another appartment building. Room view was not at all like advertised. TV is small. No parking except for valet which was $29 per night plus tips.

Staff and valet team are good but hotel is old, needs a good cleaning and repairs. Not enough chairs for the beach. Pool couldn’t be used due to it wasn’t heated. Room decor was poor …. The room was beautiful and the staff was very courteous especially the valet. But we ran out of toiletries and it was rather difficult to receive them. The person I text about the issue was very kind but it seemed to lack some communication to actually getting what we needed in a timely manner.

I was looking for a place on the beach to stay near FT. Lauderdale as we had a conference to attend and wanted to come a few days early. This place was really a gem. The price was amazing for being on the beach. We had a king sized bed, large spacious room, bathroom is small but efficient. It has shampoo/conditioner, shower gel. Hair dyer also. Small kitchenette, no supplies, other than coffee/tea. There were beach towels, chairs and umbrellas to use for free, also we realized a free breakfast! We did have to pay for valet parking, but it wasn't that bad for the area we were in. Definitely would stay here again! Also nice pool area..

Staff was most responsive to all issues, very professional and prompt. Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was a treat with breakfast personal more than praiseworthy. Only complaint dealowith valet service - very slow and expensive; price didn’t equal service. Beach personnel also above average. A satisfying week!
