The facility looks brand new, and the location is great if you are going to the airport. Everything was very clean! They were a little short staffed. Plus I would recommend a room on the top floor. We could hear those above us whenever they moved around their room.

Hotel had no hot water and had to shower with a cold shower. It is a suite hotel with a kitchen. The room had no utensils and the front desk had no forks, spoons, etc. TV kept going out

Front desk staff was incredibly rude. Had early check in from THEIR reservation company, but they knew nothing about it. Added an extra day via same and we were locked out of room with personal items inside. We had proof of payment, but they refused to look at the email from their reservation company. Instead they booked through 20 people ahead of us waiting to get in room for 2 hours. Let us in to retrieve our belongings and threatened us. Had us call their reservation company to troubleshoot THEIR glitch with the computer payment system. Fifteen phone calls later and the reservation desk said the hotel would not answer their phone. Called from my phone and they talked with THEIR reservation company who said room was paid for, but hotel would NOT acknowledge payment. After a long day, lots of hotel drama, we were FORCED out of the room to drive three hours home late at night. DO NOT STAY HERE. Heard other people saying they were locked out of their rooms too. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND WE TRAVEL ALOT.

Si buscas un lugar limpio este está limpio pero se siente mucho el ruido de las personas de arriba se sienten los pasos y no dejan dormir es muy molesto además de eso el elevador no funcionaba y no hay nada de comer dentro del hotel pero cerca si hay negocios donde puedes comer . Sin embargo dentro de la habitación estaba limpio

The facility isn’t built very well. Too much noise transmitted to rooms from AC, door closings, above room people movement, in room refrigerator compressor. This is a brand new facility.

The room was great other than not outfitted. No hand towels nothing to utilize the kitchen. No iron or ironing board. Having to run our dirty towels to front desk to get more. Running out of toilet paper and having to go to front desk to get more.

They only have 2 towels in the bathroom and when I called down to ask for more I was given a hard time and finally just asked the maid down the gs for more towels. The bed covering is basically 2 sheets. No comforter or blanket. Blow dryer - what a joke! There was not one in the room, so I called down and they said they were all checked out. And would call when one came available- never got a call!! Full empty kitchen. No cups, no coffee maker, no pots and pans. You have to purchase them for $29.99 - wth?!?!

absolutely no amenities, barebones. fortunately it was clean, because it was brand new. The girl at the front had me waiting about 15-20 minutes to 'try and find a clean room'!

Simply overcharged. Wyndham is loosing its credibility by giving franchise to such managements. Rooms smelling. Toilets are terrible Breakfast name is fake online. They simply gives cookies and coffee. Bedsheets found lot of hairs and rougg was horribly smelling. Don’t prefer or suggest anybody for this location. Charges were not less but service was bad.
