My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect for our needs.

We stayed here the night before an early flight. The property is what it is: a place to sleep. The room was ok - the bathroom wasn’t all that clean. The breakfast was suitable and nice to have before an early flight. The staff was helpful. The airport shuttle wasn’t included in the rate we paid. We paid for the shuttle and it was on time and courteous service.

We booked this to be near PBI and in light of multiple positive reviews. We were, therefore, surprised with our experience. The staff was fine. The room was poorly maintained. The toilet didn't flush completely, the dehumidifier had an error code and didn't run, the room was cold, but turning on the heat created a melted plastic smell which caused the smoke detector to alarm.

The hotel is old and unkempt. Our room had plaster patches on the ceiling, the bathroom was dingy and overall, it was extremely dated. The buttons on the phone for the front desk didn’t work and we lost wifi signal 3 days into our week-long stay. The front desk said they’d reboot the router but 2 days later; nothing. At this point, we didn’t want to repack and move to another room so we’d go to the lobby to get signal. We were subsequently comped on our check-out bill. I would say buyer beware. I read the reviews before I booked but I had no idea that the rooms would look so run down. The towels were thin and the amenities lacking. The hotel site raves about a massage shower head but the water pressure wouldn’t allow that feature to operate effectively. They claim “bright bathrooms” but it’s a bright light bulb that makes it that way. We were attending a wedding and needed to use the in-room iron. It leaked water all over my dress as I attempted to iron it. The A/C sounded like a freight train all night and the large dehumidifier in the room also chimed in to make it very loud to try and sleep. There were many work vehicles that parked sideways in the parking lot subsequently taking 3-4 spots at a time. It made finding a parking spot extremely difficult, especially at night. The registration people and housekeepers were helpful and accommodating, though.
