「My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from the start. Checking in turned out to be more of a hassle than expected, with delays and some confusion that made the process unnecessarily frustrating after a long day of travel.
Once I finally got to my room, things didn’t improve much. The room itself was quite small, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage. It felt cramped and not at all what I had anticipated based on the listing.
