"The Excellence resort was amazing overall! The food was fantastic, and the staff was so friendly!! Views and property were beautiful. Also the quiet adults only environment was so wonderful but would have been nice for some bars or restaurants and pools to be open later and earlier. Go see Cesear at the Martini Bar! He’s the best! "
"The resort was clean - from the rooms to the pool and beach ! The food was good , it just took a while to figure out what worked well for us. The breakfast was 10/10 , sooo many options & kid approved. It was noted to us that we came during a less crowded tourist time (mid August) so just a small tip. This is a more secluded hotel - not in Hotel Zone but you can take taxis around Cancun. If you’re looking for partying this may not be the right fit for you. This is a place to unwind, be with family & friends. We will DEFINITELY be coming back ! "
