"Reception was okay. Can't check in early as there was no available room. Can't check out late as they said they were full. Food - excellent. Their buffet breakfast and dinner have lots of choices. They also add or change some of the choices daily. The Deck lunch restaurant was a bit small and you have to wait for your order, they sometimes forget the 2nd orders of drinks. It happened twice to us. The chianti restaurant has great food too and excellent service. The japanese restaurant, we tried the reservation and they will cook the food in front of you, the food were salty. I should have gone to the italian or the regular dinner buffet. Room was being cleaned everyday unless you don't want to. Good size room. The Negative are those people on the lobby that asks you and saying they were giving gifts for guest. They would like you to get their membership in return of you listening to their 90 minutes pitch. Some of them not telling the truth right away and would just inform you that they would like you to have great experience. I googled & found out it's just selling strategy to exclusive membership. We do not want to waste our vacation time with this so we cancelled. It's annoying that they were at the front and you see them everyday. It is not right to waste people's vacation time. Might as well ask those guest that are waitibg and expalin clearly what they were offering instead of booking another morning time. Overall this is a great hotel with great foods and staff."

"Biggest con was they did not have fruity water upon arrival, but they did offer to serve you a drink on arrival downfall though there was no fruity water anywhere on the premises. I like going to Mexico for fruity water. The property is large. There are three pools. The adult pool has a lot of drunk people at times but that’s OK. It’s still nice. The kid pool have family pool gets the most hours of sun in April. Just the way the hotel is situated. I’m not sure if it’s a timeshare that they tried to sell us sounded like a timeshare and I don’t think they gave everyone the same time share deal that was a little bit of a downfall, but can’t blame them for trying. Aquasize at noon was delayed one day, which was irritating, but it’s OK because the following day the aqua size guy was amazing. Food is hit or miss à la carts were pretty decent, but it was difficult to book because you had to wait in line at 8 AM and the line didn’t open till nine and food was pretty much the same every day at the buffet, they are fixing the elevator in the one tower but overall that wasn’t too bad. We didn’t do too many of the entertainment, but Michael Jackson was amazing and so was the tenors and then swimming off the beach is pretty sweet deal as long as the waves aren’t crashing down on you too hard note there are fish in that water, but it’s sporadic to see them and occasionally they fly out of the water and try to stab you. Good shopping nearby. Cheap bus is accessible and easy to get to. "
