「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

「We received an upgrade to a new junior suite. The room was right on the lake with beautiful views of Mount Edith Cavel. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing and dinner in Orso was delicious m. Highly recommend the JPL!!」
