「I was concerned about staying in Naples because 20 years ago I visited and didn't feel safe. But I can heartily recommend Il Convento. The location is parallel to Via Toledo, which is a busy shopping street, with a metro station just a few minutes from the hotel. 「Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. 「The property was beautiful. Wonderful lobby and excellent room. Wonderful views of Vesuvius. The grounds have numerous orange trees and we got fresh squeezed orange juice for breakfast. We did not utilize the pool or spa and spent our days seeing the ruins of Herculaneum, Oplontis, Villa San Marco, and Villa San Ariana. Wee hadd seen Pompeii before. We also travelled to Naples and saw the docks, saw the Duomo, and saw the amazing MANN (MUSEO ARCHEALOGICA NATIONALE NAPLES`0.」
