「Wonderful place to say! Beautiful and clean, staff was amazing!」

「Close to exit of the highway, noisy in midnight if you open your window. Good restaurant and winery nearby. Parking lot available.」

THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. 「A small and exquisite hotel with royal garden style, the hotel room facilities are full of artistic atmosphere, restaurant decoration and food complement each other. Is an amazing and unforgettable hotel.」

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」

「距離火車站很近，要乘火車十分方便。要去佛羅倫斯景點也不遠，步行就可以，真不錯。房間是歐陸式，十分美麗，只是在一樓低層，晚上會聽到附近廣場的聲音，但不算太吵。」

「Excelente hotel , desayuno muy completo , habitaciones muy cómodas.」

「住的非常愉快」

「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」

「大床是两个单人床拼成，中间有个缝会一直掉下去，很不舒适。房间面积本很小了，房间内还多了一个加床，所以更小。沐浴间也特别小，要小心翼翼。早餐也很一般。不是很推荐」

「All very good will stay again」
