「The property is semi clean. Most of the guests are residents or extended stay. The room I was given was updated, although the bathroom still needs remodeling. Overall I stayed here for 10 days to wait for a new tractor in IL. I did not like that the owner did not let me extend through expedia and forced me to pay directly with them and charged more. 「Checked in on Saturday it was raining water was coming in the room from the ceiling I gave us another room cockroaches in that room had to wait 2 hours to get another room I was in three different rooms from Saturday to Monday I believe I'm entitled to some kind of refund for such an inconvenience even though I was helped and I was given another rooms still should have never happened in the first place」

「I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. I had to wear crocs in there. The baseboards were filthy. There were streaks of varying colors on the walls. It had a heavy, sour/sweet weird smoky smell. 「The room was and bedding were clean. Some furniture needed replacement/was broken (lamp and dresser drawer). There was no TV service--just a screen with interference. So, an inexpensive place to stay that could use a bit of TLC. Breakfast included hot entrees.」
