「Quiet and security helpful 」

「Breakfast wasn't ready even 30 minutes after it was scheduled BUT the gentleman who checked us in and was amazingly helpful both at night and the next at out.」

「My stay was only for a night; I wouldn't stay longer. The interior and exterior are not kept up. The bedding is questionable. I would consider bringing your own blanket and pillow or just covering the bed and pillows when lying on it. Their blanket is very thin. Wear socks or slippers; the floor is sticky, and bring an air freshener. Not sure what cleaning supplies are used, but the room needs airing out. It's a bad area or the surroundings are bad.」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was so disgusting that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. From the moment we walked through the front doors, I was horrified. The carpet in the lobby and hallways was absolutely filthy. I have never seen hotel carpet in such poor condition. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and made an awful first impression. 「Late after 3pm does not have a room ready, more than two and a half hours to wait, what is shameful, this bad experience. Whenever see a bedbug sticks on the floor in the room what goes on like this, at this price for $105, and saw a bedbug on beds in the backward. This hotel should shut down all due health concerns to be safe.」

「Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk closes which I never heard of at a hotel. The night staff are rude. Tells you to call a number on wall if you need assistance when you call they let you know they’re closed ain’t can’t help you until 8am. 8am came & went & front desk was still not open. 「Helpful staff and clean facility. Don’t plan on sleeping! Very loud neighbors, partying, music, arguments, multiple people in and out of the room, until 4 AM. No security, or staff, walking the hallways. They are only in the casino.」

「The floor in the room was disgusting. The bottom of my socks were black when I took them off. There were wires hanging out where the smoke detector was. The ice machine was empty.
