「I was not a good experience for me. My room flooded from the rain and all they did was put towels on the floor which didnt make sense 」

「Do not book here! Pay the extra $25-$50 for literally anywhere else. Sketchy neighborhood, couples arguing all day and night, TV and WiFi did not work. We picked this spot because they were pet friendly and it was for one night but honestly I wish I’d picked a different spot.」

「I have nothing good to say about this property it was not at all like the reviews their was hair in the tub hair on the sheets the lamps shades had tears in them the furniture had damage the bed was a queen not a king the curtains were nasty breakfast was awful spoiled milk when it rains the areas around you floods and places have no water or power the toliet was loose as well although maintenance did get thsr fixed but stole a bottle of my husbands cologne」

「Hey I arrived and the guy at front desk charged me the accidental fee which I know is always mandatory but after checking out and leaving I realized he charged me two different transactions one $75.00 and one $250.00 I had to contact Expedia to help me get my refund I’m not sure how he did that and didn’t let me know what he was charging me for aside from the accidental fee」

「I have stayed at other Sonesta locations, but this property did not appear to be ready for guests. There were areas where chunks of paint were missing or just not covered, among other things and it made the room look dirty. There was mold in the shower. The elevator smelled. There was water dripping from the lights behind the front desk. Also, there was a storm this night, so it knocked out the power in the entire hotel, so the room got hot because there was no AC.
