「The staff is kind and helpful. And location is very good, nearby has tram 28 bus station However the hotel facilities are old and heater temperatures was not enough, room was cold in winter. For the price and location are quite okay, but room clean is not good enough.」

「The location is very convenient. The space is large. I can do laundry and simple cooking feels like home. However, the TV cannot be used, but it does not affect the positive review. I will consider staying here next time.」

「extremely nice location, but very small」

「The staffs are great, super friendly and helpful. The place is nice. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Nice area. 」

「The positives were that the rooms had a kettle, coffee machine and a bar fridge and we had use of the nearby kitchen. The staff were all very friendly. The location was good, very close to public transport, cafes, supermarkets and shopping. The negatives however, was that the mattress in room Beato needs replacing. I was given a mattress topper when i asked but it didnt help me aleep any better. My back was quite sore. The walls had no soundproofing, i was woken by the people in the next room...

「The location is okay, only takes 3 minutes to walk to the metro. Only the safety concerns me, cuz it seems like there’s some crime in this neighborhood.」

「Staff was so sweet upon arrival! They make your stay feel very personalized. The breakfast spread was also INSANELY delish. We stayed in the penthouse top floor room with the private rooftop patio which was just breath-taking. Highly recommend. 」

「We had an amazing 3 night break at Casa Vela and would highly recommend. Excellent location - approx 10 min to walk to downtown Cascais. The studio was very clean (and cleaned every day) and private. The staff team were lovely and very helpful. We plan to return again next summer. The only minor downside was that the kitchenette had very little in the way of utensils (basic pots and pans, cutlery and sharp knives only) there were no cloths to wipe the surfaces and no condiments...
