「We stayed at Opus One Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—close to the train station and an easy walk to the city center. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and very helpful—he provided us with a power adapter we forgot to bring and gave useful tips about local restaurants and shops. 「Everything about the property was great. Great facilties, clean and spacious. The chef was very professional, friendly, and helpful. However, I was disappointed that the property manager said I had booked the room for two adults and one infant, and because I had a 11 year old child I was charged an additional £50.
