「We travelled in the off season (early March) and really enjoyed our stay. Our room had a garden view and it was perfect. We strolled through every pathway in the property and for a flower/garden/rose lover it would be absolutely amazing in the summer when everything is in bloom. Our check-in greeting and encounters with staff were always polite and cheerful and breakfast was perfect every morning. We would happily stay here again.」

「This little hidden gem is absolutely fabulous. The hotel has a very boutique, exclusive style. It's clean, beautiful, convenient, and the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Separate shout out to the superb restaurant, especially the breakfast. I've never seen so much delicious food, served for breakfast, that is included in the price. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. 」

「The house was immaculately clean, well-equipped, and full of character, an ideal place to relax after a day exploring Madeira. 「Really beautiful location; hospitable friendly and helpful staff」

「Everything was perfect!!」

「The house makes a good impression on the first sight and was perfectly clean. But the kitchen equipment was lacking basics like bread knife (provided on request), a sieve or sufficient amount of bowls. At the stove only 3 of 5 plates worked. Both showers were flooding the bathrooms every time. Sleep was interrupted each night several times by barking dogs in the neighborhood (really noisy) and in two sleeping rooms darkening was not possible. The renting agency and craftsmen entered the house...
