「Spa, sauna, and steam room were not operating and there was no notice for their closures. Two of the bedside electrical and USB outlets were not working. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel and I stayed in a comfortable room.」

「Location good, clean, sure will be back again」

「客房算乾淨, 衛浴用品很不錯, 員工服務親切, 早餐的CP值高」

「It will be perfect if there is more lighting in the room. Thank you ver much.」

「早餐普通」

「Good hotel and Nice severs!」

「The facilities are pretty new and the room is clean. The room is smaller than expected. If you shower late at night, you may risk having insufficient hot water. The room’s door isn’t good at soundproofing which you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly. 」

「整体感觉不错」

「Reception staff were pretty average. The best staff member was the porter. Super helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms are very small but clean. The bathroom is as others described. Tiny and once you shower, the entire bathroom is wet but it will dry overnight. It does the job if you just need a place to sleep. The MRT is not close by but there are lots of buses.」

「整體很不錯」

「Room: I booked a triple room (a twin room with a rollout bed). spacious. well equipped. clean. Location: great! on Orchard Road, you've got 7-11, cafes, malls within walking distance Friendly staff 」

「Maintenance of the guest room is considered good」

「Breakfast really sucks ,only 4 hot dishes with insufficient and slow refill. Luckily there's pantry with microwave and coffee machine. The smell is bad there. The pros are the location, clean room with comfy mattress and pillow. But i don't understand why the height of the bed is so high like i have to climb to the bed.」

「Mary at the front desk is particularly good-mannered and helpful, very efficient at check in on 25 June and helping to retrieve lost items after we checked out on 27 June.」

「Signature room is dated , especially furniture」

「Clean and comfortable.」
