"The Elevator in our building was out of service for 5 days during our stay. The Valencia Restaurant has a good vibe but the service is slow. Breakfast was ok. The water park is nice and the convenience store/cafe is also nice. Internal walk from room to reception/ restaurant is not easy. could be confusing. The isle is also narrow when you have many guests using the pathway. The Room was in great condition/ Nice beds / good appliances/ washer and dryer inside"

"Worst experience ever!! Waited over 3 hours for our room to be ready. Staff was unhelpful in solving the issue. Sidewalks were EXTREMELY slippery when wet from the rain. Fell & was injured. No one helped. For $1000 for a 24 hour stay - one would expect better service from a Disney resort. Will NEVER stay there again!! "

"Overall, my stay was decent, but there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of. I completed the online check-in ahead of time and arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. I understood that standard check-in wasn’t until 4 PM, so I expected to wait. However, it was frustrating watching guests who arrived hours after me receive rooms before I did. I didn’t receive my room until more than four hours later, which made the wait feel unnecessary and poorly managed. Another major thing to be aware of is the shuttle system. It’s not what many guests might expect. There are only two shuttle departures in the morning and one return shuttle at night. Because of this limited schedule, you won’t realistically be able to stay for late shows or nighttime events if you rely on the shuttle. On top of that, the shuttle was not always reliable. There were times when it showed up very late or didn’t appear at all. If you have restaurant reservations or specific plans, I would strongly recommend using Lyft or Uber instead. That said, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall, the stay was fine, but better organization with room assignments and a more reliable shuttle system would significantly improve the experience. "

"We had to change rooms because we were given a handicap room and it was at the end of a busy sidewalk. Everyone coming out of the main building walked up to our first floor balcony and looked into our room. We could t open our curtains. They moved us the next day and the room was great. "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough! There was SO many options for breakfast and the staff was so friendly. The rooms were very clean and super comfy. I loved using the shuttle service to come to and from the park (it runs early morning and late night so if you want to come back in the middle of the day you have to uber) but it worked amazing! "
