「Stairs were dangerous」

「I’m giving 5 stars for the restaurant staff for their stellar service and great food but 0 stars for the management staff. On the 2nd day we got a massive leak and maintenance said that that’s the room they having issues with leaks and they can’t fix it.The room also was very outdated with the tv only being able to stream YouTube. 「There was much to be desired but that did not take away from the overall pleasant experience I’ve had while staying in the area. The hotel is located is situated in the capital which is a great and historic area with a nearby ferry, picturesque views, various activities and friendly, helpful locals. The staff is responsive, welcoming, kind and as helpful as can be.」
