「Our trip to Bournemouth was lovely, the hotel itself is managed very well, the breakfast is really nice with a wonderful choice of food and beverages. Our room was clean and spacious and we had a pleasant view of the seafront and observation wheel.」

「Waiter /waitress were overall unfriendly. They look liked being unhappy to be working in this hotel. Breakfast room was dirty especially plinth along windows. The overall state of the hotel including furnishing, fabric and furniture looked dated. 」

「There has bit conflict with hotel when we check in, we through Hotel.com booking 1 room 3 adults 2 nights but the hotel tell us the room is for 2 adults & 1 child under 12, we need tp pay extra 30P fro 1 night. I spend more than1 hours with IDD, email to contact Hotel.com hotline ask for assistant but he reply me to pay extra 60P to hotel, I don't agree & the Hotel.com staff need to seek for Manager advice but finally no reply from Hotel.com. Last we talk to hotel senior staff & finally no need...

「It is located just next to the seashore and our room has a little bit view of the sea. We can have a walk to the beach easily by just crossing a road and walk down. Room is of right size. Bathroom is relatively large and clean. It will be better and more convenient if the shower head is movable. Breakfast is quite nice. Standard English breakfast buffet. 」

「Lovely hotel in good location to the beach. Small car park with £15 daily charge which doesn’t guarantee your space, you may lose the space if you go out! However there is free parking on West Overcliff Drive, but get there early to get a space. Follow the road round to find a space. 「it is a very old hotel with old facility at the price, small room - can't even open my suitcase on the floor, very old facility in the hotel and in the room, old wood window that has a big gap that is very noisy when hit by the wind (I had to put a towel in the middle of the night between the gap to stop the noise) bathroom very old, faucet very difficult to use, Parking very expensive 」
