Really well situated for the Poole Harbour area. The quay is about a one minute walk and there are many bars and restaurants with a 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is in a charming old property and has a lovely outdoor terrace area for eats and drinks

Bodega was a Clean accessible room. Apart from stain to carpet needing attention was of high standard for furnishings and comforts. Bed like a cloud! Staff attentive, nothing too much trouble really helpful. Air-conditioning was very effective.

Still the best place to stay in Poole. Shower was awesome, enough room to get a rugby union team in!!! Great location near the restaurants on the Quay and a ten minute walk from the train station. Deluxe Room was very spacious and had an iron bath in the corner!! However, mattress was too soft and the pillows too 'fluffy'. Just a personal note, but we needed hard mattresses and 'dull' pillows. Breakfast is over-priced (plenty of coffee shops/delicatessens in Poole), but if you need to eat one, buy the Cooked and go all in!! Large bar area and restaurant. Fabulous building all round, full of history - you can learn about one of the previous owners in nearby Poole Museum.
