「We love everything of this beautiful hotel.」

「All staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Leisure facilities were excellent. Breakfast very good. Wi-Fi very good.」

「the room is clean and comfortable, but the bed sheet and quilt are a bit torn out. Time to replace with new ones.」

「Charming older hotel very close to the beach and the Boscombe centre precinct for restaurants and shops.」

「The entry code system was a joke sadly we had to make contact for the code, after going out to dinner code did not let us in … another phone call. Toilet flushed when we arrived ,but sadly it was only time , we reported it many times from Wednesday evening until we left Friday morning after a cold miserable night, we left a very smelly blocked toilet.. still not flushing ! This was a totally rubbish stay.」

「I really loved my stay here. There was a friendly vibe, the rooms were comfortable and you could tell the place was loved and looked after. Nice breakfast too. I got a sleep score of 92!! I will recommend to friends and family visiting Bournemouth.」

「Nice place and perfect location」

「Room is usually clean but in the hotel s.ells old, old build8ng and old furniture. Staff was ok, standarf but the girl gave me a single bed wich is strange they have a bed and not a double bed in a big room, a siglw bed nobody use this days. No bich view from the room. First time i went there they offered a double bed, room was higher floor, and could see the sea. Coffee in the room . In eirope many new hotels this is old style like i went 200 years in time.」

「Not bad, clean room, good staff. 」

「The toilet was absolutely disgusting with sh*t stains all over the cover. It’s like they have never heard of water pressure and temperature control. Move the tap one millimeter and you go from boiling to freezing. The towels were yellow with stains. On the off chance you find one seemingly safe enough to use, the fluff sheds like a German shepherd in the summer. For £200+ a night the room was small with no air conditioning. All they give you is a measly fan that sounds like it’s on life...

「Good stay」

「cheap and nice！」
